Alyssa Valentin – Founder/CEO
Alyssa is originally from New Jersey and has been living in Florida for the past decade. During her adult years, she has taken her entrepreneurship mentality to the next level and made her dreams come true with The Wandering Waffles.
Alyssa’s love for waffles started at a very young age. As she got older, she realized that there weren’t many fun options when it came to flavors. Everyone puts fruit on top of the waffles, but not many put the flavoring in the batter. She searched all over to subside her craving, but to no avail. That’s when she decided that if she couldn’t find what she was looking for, that she would create it herself and share with the world.
Aside from her love for waffles, Alyssa owns the digital agency AV Digital Creations, and works full-time as the National Director of Marketing for Banyan Treatment Centers. In recovery herself since 2011, she finds this line of work to be very rewarding. She is head of Celebrity Relations with the company and has done work with celebrities in recovery such as Brandon Novak, Michael and Lauren Sorrentino, Mama June, Darren Prince, Jason Patton, and more.
Her digital agency encompasses a wide variety of clients from fitness gyms, to construction companies.
